Services
Every engagement starts the same way: understanding how your business actually runs, then building software that fits it.
One more thing worth saying plainly: I take one build at a time. Your project is never sitting in a queue behind six others.
Websites
Launch — from $3,500
For businesses that need a real site, professionally built.
- 3–4 custom-designed pages
- Content management so you can make your own updates
- Contact forms wired to your inbox
- Analytics and search setup
- Performance and accessibility built in, not bolted on
- Hosting and deployment configured
Launch is a website, full stop. Accounts, gated content, payments, and integrations live in Growth — that line is what keeps this price honest.
Timeline: 5–6 weeks
Growth — $8,000–12,000
For businesses whose site needs to do work, not just exist.
Everything in Launch, plus:
- Additional pages and templates
- Integrations with the tools you already use — CRM, scheduling, payments, email
- Custom functionality specific to your business
- Multi-step forms, gated content, or customer accounts
Timeline: 8–10 weeks
Discovery — $1,500
Before I quote software, I need to understand the problem. Discovery is a one-to-two-week engagement that produces:
- A written specification of what needs to be built
- An architecture outline and technology recommendations
- A phased estimate with real numbers
The spec is yours to keep whether or not you build with me. If you do, the full fee is credited toward the build.
Builds — from $5,000 for phase one
Custom software, scoped after discovery and delivered in phases.
Phasing means you see working software early instead of waiting months for a single delivery, and we can adjust as you learn what your team actually needs.
Common projects: customer portals, internal admin tools, inventory and order systems, reporting dashboards, integrations between systems that don't talk to each other.
Ongoing support
Website care — $200–350/month
Updates, monitoring, backups, small content changes. Two business day response window.
Product retainer — $750–1,250/month
For clients running custom software. Ongoing development, priority response, and continued improvement.
Prefer to keep it simple? Small changes are billed hourly at $120–140.
A note on pricing
These are early prices. Tillum Labs is new, and every engagement right now ends with a written case study — that's part of what you're buying into, and part of why the numbers are where they are. They'll rise as the track record fills in; the price you book at is the price you get.
How I work
1. Conversation. A call to understand your business and what's not working. Free.
2. Proposal. A written scope, fixed price, and timeline. For software, this is where discovery is proposed.
3. Build. One project at a time, regular check-ins, working previews, no black box.
4. Launch. Deployed, documented, and handed over properly.
5. After. Support if you want it, or a clean handoff if you don't.
A 50% deposit starts the work. Changes to scope are quoted in writing before they happen — no surprise invoices.
